- Introduce ordinance to mandate all city committees and commission’s including the city council minutes to meetings are posted on the city web site within 72 hours of such meetings and maintain
2 years worth on the city web site.
- Introduce ordinance to mandate all city committees and commission’s including the city council’s agendas are posted on the city web site 48 hours prior to any meeting
- Introduce ordinance to mandate videotaping and airing on cable access planning board and zoning board meetings.
- Introduce ordinance to mandate copies of the city ordinance be posted on the city web site through municode corporation which has been contracted to codify the city bylaws.
- Introduce ordinance to mandate that all city departments, committees and commissions’ reports to be posted on the city web site.
- Introduce ordinance to mandate all funds received by DW Field Golf course be used strictly for Golf course and Park maintenance and repair for a minimum of 10 years.
- Introduce ordinance to mandate “citizen speak” allowing citizens to speak at city council meetings for a maximum of 5 minutes provided the citizen has petitioned the council with regards to Sec 2-90 of the city ordinances.
- Introduce resolution to establish a Peak Oil Task Force to assess Brockton’s exposure to diminishing supplies of oil and natural gas and make recommendations to address vulnerabilities
- Introduce a resolution to create a commission to thoroughly evaluate Brockton’s governmental infrastructure and assets with recommendations for improving efficiency and streamlining costs.
- Introduce resolution to mandate an increase in the enforcement of city nuisance laws.
